The data controller, Gearlube, respects the Belgian law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy in the processing of personal data.

You have a legal right to inspect and correct your personal data. Subject to proof of identity (copy of identity card), you can obtain a written notification of your personal data free of charge by means of a written, dated and signed request to Gearlube. In case of use of data for direct marketing: You can object to the use of your data for direct marketing free of charge. You can always contact us for this.

We treat your data as confidential information and will not pass it on, rent or sell it to third parties.

The customer is responsible for keeping his login details confidential and the use of his password. Your password is stored encrypted, so Gearlube does not have access to your password.

Gearlube keeps online (anonymous) visitor statistics in order to be able to see which pages of the website are visited and to what extent.
